Founded in 1970 by Juan Jose Hidalgo and his brother Juan Antonio, it is one of the oldest business in its sector. Its registered head office is located in Llucmajor, Majorca, Balearic Islands. The company has a fleet of more than 41 coaches. It provides services including private coach transportation, airport transport services, and transport of goods. Its coverage includes Lugo, Salamanca and Madrid, as well as some parts of Europe including France. The company is a subsidiary of Globalia Corporacion Empresarial SA, which is Spain's largest tourist group. Headquartered in Llucmajor, the latter comprises a number of independent companies that operate in the transportation, travel and tourism sectors.
